Cole & Son

The most modern classic wallpapers

Cole & Son was founded as early as 1875 by John Perry in North-London where it is still situated today. Historically speaking, it is of major significance that John Perry found a possibility of replacing silk on wallpapers by a different material. In 1941 the company was bought by A.P. Cole.

Today, the Cole & Son archive consists of approximately 1,800 block print designs, 350 screen print designs and a huge quantity of original drawing dating back to the 18th century.  Cole & Son already produced the wallpapers for the Buckingham Palace and the White House, thus achieving a very special status.
